Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your date of purchase to request a return. Return requests received more than 30 days from your date of purchase will NOT be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, kindly e-mail us at support@zenbeano.com with your 1) receipt and order number, 2) items you wish to return, 3) photos of the item/ issue/ reason for returning.

Once our support team verifies that your return meets the above-mentioned criteria, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

 

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we’ve received and verified your return. If the return meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and Issues

Kindly inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at support@zenbeano.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Make sure to attach photos of the defective/damaged/wrong items so that our support team can verify the issue and make it right for you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All sale items, marked down items, and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

To make an exchange, kindly email us at support@zenbeano.com with 1) your receipt and order number, 2) the item you wish to exchange, 3) photos of the item/ issue/ reason for exchange, and 4) the new item/ size/ colour you wish to exchange it for. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will NOT be accepted.
